Refund policy

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

Please include a note outlining your request and mail the item(s) to the following address:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged for hygiene reasons.


Refunds

If you return an item for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received processed your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
